Successful thesis defense
On Monday, December 18, our PhD student Moritz Kreutzer has successfully defended his thesis titled “Performance Engineering for Exascale-Enabled Sparse Linear Algebra Building Blocks.” The PhD committee recognized the outstanding quality of his work and awarded him the grade “with honors.” Congratulations! (Note the sparse matrix dangling from his fancy mortar board…)
