Service disruptions on clusters due to high file server load
One of our file servers experiences extremely high load since October 2 evening. Unfortunately, this currently affects all users on all clusters and frontends; normal work is all but impossible at times. We are working on resolving the situation and apologize for any inconvenience.
UPDATE 3.10. 12:30: /home/saturn is currently completely unavailable (you will likely get “no such file or directory” while trying to access files there), we will update you as soon as we can.
UPDATE 4.10. 13:00: /home/saturn should start to become available again in the next few hours, but we’re still unsure if problems persist, and monitoring the situation.
UPDATE 7.10. 07:45: /home/saturn has been working without issues over the weekend, so we consider this problem solved.
